This Sticky BBQ Pork Chop Skillet is an easy one-pan dinner packed with bold, smokey flavour. Made with juicy BBQ Pork Chops from Angliss Meaysand a sticky BBQ glaze, it’s a quick, fuss-free recipe perfect for busy weeknights.
Sticky Pork Ingredients:
- 4 BBQ Pork Chops
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- ½ cup Smokey BBQ Sauce
- 2 tbsp Honey (or Brown Sugar)
- 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 2 Garlic Cloves, crushed
- 1 tsp Smoked Paprika
- 1 tsp Ground Black Pepper
- 1 tsp Sea Salt
Optional, to Serve:
- Spring Onions
- Parsley
Optional Sides:
- Broccolini
- Mashed Potato
- Crunchy Salad
- Buttery Cabbage
Method:
- Season pork chops with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- If serving with optional sides - get started on your veg and cook to your desired consistency/crunchiness now, to be ready at the same time as the Sticky BBQ Pork Skillet.
- Cook pork chops for 3–4 minutes each side until golden. Remove from pan.
- Lower heat. Add BBQ sauce, honey, soy, garlic and paprika. Stir to combine.
- Return pork to the pan and spoon sauce over.
- Simmer 5–7 minutes until sticky, glossy and cooked through.
- Rest briefly, then serve straight from the skillet.
