Sticky BBQ Pork Chop Skillet

This Sticky BBQ Pork Chop Skillet is an easy one-pan dinner packed with bold, smokey flavour. Made with juicy BBQ Pork Chops from Angliss Meaysand a sticky BBQ glaze, it’s a quick, fuss-free recipe perfect for busy weeknights.

Sticky Pork Ingredients:

  • 4 BBQ Pork Chops
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • ½ cup Smokey BBQ Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Honey (or Brown Sugar)
  • 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 2 Garlic Cloves, crushed
  • 1 tsp Smoked Paprika
  • 1 tsp Ground Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Sea Salt

Optional, to Serve:

  • Spring Onions
  • Parsley

Optional Sides:

  • Broccolini
  • Mashed Potato
  • Crunchy Salad
  • Buttery Cabbage

Method:

  1. Season pork chops with salt and pepper.

  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

  3. If serving with optional sides - get started on your veg and cook to your desired consistency/crunchiness now, to be ready at the same time as the Sticky BBQ Pork Skillet.

  4. Cook pork chops for 3–4 minutes each side until golden. Remove from pan.

  5. Lower heat. Add BBQ sauce, honey, soy, garlic and paprika. Stir to combine.

  6. Return pork to the pan and spoon sauce over.

  7. Simmer 5–7 minutes until sticky, glossy and cooked through.

  8. Rest briefly, then serve straight from the skillet.
