Sweet, spicy and perfectly saucy! These meatballs hit all the right notes and are a family favourite.
Ingredients:

500g Premium Beef Mince or Pork Mince
- 1 Onion, finely chopped
- 1 Garlic clove, minced (or easy minced garlic)
- 2 tbsp Brown Sugar
- 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp Rice Wine Vinegar
- 1 tbsp Ketchup (tomato sauce)
- 1/2 tsp Chili Flakes
- Salt & Pepper, to taste
Method:
- Preheat oven to 180°c
- Mix ground beef, onion, garlic, salt and pepper in a bowl until combined and form into meatballs of your desired size
- Place meatballs on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown (check they are cooked all the way through)
- In a pan combine brown sugar, soy sauce, vinegar, ketchup and chili flakes and simmer for 2-3 minutes until thickened and smooth
- Toss the cooked meatballs into the sauce and coat evenly for a few minutes
- Serve and Enjoy!
