Spicy Beef & Broccoli Protein Noodles

🔥 Big Protein, Low Carb: Your New Weeknight Stir-Fry Fix - It's fast, fiery and fuelled with protein!


Ingredients:
  • 500g Premium Beef Mince
  • 1 Broccoli, cut into small florets
  • 1–2 Red Chillies, finely sliced (to taste)
  • 200g Low Carb Noodles or Zoodles (Zucchini Noodles)
  • 2 Garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp Soy Sauce or Tamari
  • 1 tbsp Sesame Oil
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 Spring Onion
  • Sesame Seeds

Method:
    1. Bring a pot of water to the boil and cook the low carb noodles according to packet instructions. Drain well and set aside.

    2. Heat the olive oil in a large frying pan or wok over medium–high heat. Add the beef mince and cook, breaking it up with a spoon, until well browned and any excess moisture has evaporated.

    3. Add the garlic and sliced red chillies to the pan. Stir-fry for 30–60 seconds until fragrant, taking care not to burn the garlic.

    4. Add the broccoli florets and cook for 4-5 minutes, stirring frequently, until bright green and just tender with a slight crunch.

    5. Reduce the heat to medium. Add the cooked noodles, soy sauce and sesame oil. Toss everything together until evenly coated and heated through.

    6. Remove from the heat and divide between bowls. Top with sliced spring onions to serve, and finish with a sprinkle of sesame seeds (optional).

    Simple, spicy and packed with protein 💪
