Spicy Lamb Steak Crunch Salad

Juicy lamb loin chops with a chilli kick, served with a fresh radish, tomato and capsicum salad for the perfect high-protein balance. Light, bold and seriously delicious.

Here's how to bring it all together!

Spicy Lamb Ingredients:

  • 4 Lamb Loin Chops
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Chilli Flakes (adjust to taste)
  • 1 Garlic Clove, crushed
  • 1 tsp Smoked Paprika
  • 1 tsp Ground Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Sea Salt

Crunch Salad Ingredients:

  • ½ Cucumber, cut into long strips
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes, halved
  • ½ Red Onion, thinly slices
  • 1 cup Crispy Lettuce, turn
  • Juice of ½ Lemon
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • Pinch of Sea Salt

Method:

  1. Pat lamb dry and rub with olive oil, chilli flakes, paprika, garlic, salt and pepper.

  2. Heat a pan or BBQ to medium-high and cook lamb for 3–4 minutes each side, until nicely charred and cooked to your liking.

  3. Rest lamb for 5 minutes.

  4. While resting, toss cucumber, tomatoes, onion and lettuce with lemon juice, olive oil and salt.

  5. Serve lamb hot alongside the fresh crunch salad.
