Ingredients:
- 1kg Angliss Meats Chicken Wings
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1/4 cup BBQ Sauce
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Smoked Paprika
- Salt
- Pepper
Method:

Preheat the oven
Turn your oven on to 200°C (fan-forced) or 220°C (normal).

Prep the wings
Pat the wings dry with paper towel. This helps them get nice and crispy.

Make the sauce
In a big bowl, mix together:
BBQ sauce
Honey
Olive oil
Garlic powder
Smoked paprika
A pinch of salt and pepper

Coat the wings
Add the chicken wings to the bowl. Toss them around until they’re well coated.

Bake the wings
Place the wings on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
Make sure they’re spread out and not touching too much.
Put them in the oven for 35–40 minutes, flipping halfway through.

Check they’re done
They should be golden, sticky, and cooked through. If unsure, cut one open — no pink!
