Crumbed Fish Tacos

From freezer to fiesta in minutes! These fish tacos are a winner for busy weeknights!

Ingredients:

  • 2–3 Crumbed Fish Fillets

  • 4–6 soft tortillas

  • 1 cup shredded lettuce

  • 1 ripe avocado, sliced

  • Your favourite sauce (mayo, tartare, chipotle or sriracha-mayo)

  • Optional: fresh lime wedges, chopped coriander

Method:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (fan forced) or heat a pan with a splash of oil over medium heat.
  2. Cook the fish fillets for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and cooked through.
  3. While the fish is cooking, warm your tortillas in a dry pan or microwave for 20–30 seconds.
  4. Slice the cooked fish into chunky strips.
  5. Assemble your tacos: layer lettuce, fish, avocado and your sauce of choice in each tortilla.
  6. Finish with a squeeze of lime and a sprinkle of fresh herbs if you like.
