

A Hearty Aussie Classic with a Sweet Potato Twist!
Ingredients:

500g Premium Beef Mince
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 carrot, diced
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- ½ cup frozen peas
- 1 tbsp plain flour
- ¾ cup water or beef stock
- 2 large sweet potatoes, peeled & chopped
- 1 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp milk
- Salt & pepper
Method:
- Cook Filling:
Sauté onion, garlic, and carrot in a pan. Add mince and brown. Stir in tomato paste, Worcestershire, thyme, peas, flour, and water. Simmer for 10–15 mins until thick. - Make Mash:
Boil sweet potatoes until soft. Drain & mash with butter, milk, salt & pepper. - Assemble & Bake:
Spread mince in a baking dish, top with mash. Bake at 200°C for 20–25 mins until golden. - Serve hot and enjoy!
