This rich, creamy chicken is so delicious it might just make someone want to pop the question!π
Ingredients:
- 2 boneless Chicken Breasts
- 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp Thyme
- 1/4 tsp Red Pepper flakes
- 1/2 cup Heavy Cream
- 1/4 cup Sundried Tomatoes
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan Cheese
- Fresh Basil for garnish
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- Salt and Pepper, to taste
Method:
- Season the Chicken: Season both chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, thyme, and red pepper flakes.
- Cook the Chicken: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the chicken breasts for 5-6 minutes per side until golden brown and fully cooked. Remove the chicken and set aside.
- Make the Sauce: In the same skillet, add heavy cream, sun-dried tomatoes and Parmesan cheese. Stir & simmer for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Combine: Return the chicken to the skillet, spooning the sauce over the top. Let it simmer for another 2 minutes to coat the chicken.
- Garnish & Serve: Garnish with fresh basil and serve with your favourite sides.
