Dinner doesn't have to be hard! Enjoy a quick, delicious and filling sando one night this week with Angliss Meats Pulled Beef.

Ingredients:
  • 500g Angliss Meats Pulled Beef (heat and eat)
  • 14 brioche burger buns (or your favorite soft rolls)
  • 1 cup cucumber slices
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce (iceberg or cos for crunch)
  • 2 ripe tomatoes, sliced
  • 1 cup cucumber slices
  • 11 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 8 pickle slices (plus extra for garnish)
  • 1 cup cucumber slices
For the Picklenaise:
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup finely diced pickles (gherkin or dill pickles)
  • 1 tsp pickle brine (optional, for extra tang)
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp dijon mustard
  • Salt & Pepper, to taste
Method:
  1. Make the Picklenaise:

    • In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, diced pickles, pickle brine, garlic powder, and dijon mustard.

    • Mix until smooth and creamy. Season with salt and pepper. Chill in the fridge while you prep the burgers.

  2. Heat the Pulled Beef:

    • Warm the Angliss Meats Pulled Beef according to packet instructions (usually stovetop or microwave until piping hot).

    • Optionally toss with 1–2 tbsp of BBQ sauce for extra smoky flavor.

  3. Toast the Buns:

    • Lightly butter the cut sides of the brioche buns and toast on a hot pan or grill until golden brown.

  4. Assemble the Burgers:

    • Spread a generous layer of Picklenaise on the base of each bun.

    • Add shredded lettuce, followed by tomato slices and cucumber for freshness.

    • Pile on the hot pulled beef, then top with red onion rings and pickle slices.

    • Drizzle or dollop a little extra Picklenaise on top before placing the bun lid.

  5. Serve:

    • Serve immediately with fries, onion rings, or a side salad.
