Ingredients:
- 100g Champagne Ham
- 3 Eggs
- 2 tbsp Milk
- 1/4 cup Tasty Cheese, shredded
- 1 tbsp Butter (or Olive Oil)
- Salt & Pepper, to taste
Optional Toppings:
- Avocado Slices
- Cherry Tomatoes
- Crumbled Feta Cheese
Method:
- Whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper in a bowl until light and frothy.
- Heat butter in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
- Pour in egg mixture, tilting the pan so it spreads evenly.
- As the eggs begin to set, sprinkle over ham and cheese.
- Cook until the base is golden but the top is just set.
- Fold omelette in half, slide onto a plate, and serve hot.
Perfect for breakfast, lunch, or a quick dinner.
